Angela Boeck-Giscombe has been practicing law in Colorado Springs for 14 years, primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, business organization and related issues (contract review and disputes, civil litigation and contractor issues, ie: mechanics liens), business and individual tax preparation and planning and criminal law.  Prior to attending the Washburn University School of Law, Angela served four years at Fort Carson as a Legal Specialist, where she participated in handling the legal issues relating to civilian criminal and driving issues on Fort Carson, as well as household and civil tort claims.  
Angela is an experienced litigation attorney, having defended individuals in criminal jury trials for alleged offenses ranging from speeding tickets to attempted murder, as well as civil trials for mechanics liens issues, money owed and bankruptcy fraud claims.

Beverley Lopez has been a private practitioner specializing in juvenile and family law for over the past twenty years.  Beverley initially graduated from Mankato State University, now Minnesota State University, with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Corrections and Psychology.  Following that she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, although she attended the University of Denver as a visiting student for the last half of her law school program.  Since then, Beverley has dedicated herself to families in crisis, assisting them in a variety of legal arenas, including Abuse and Neglect, Truancy, Delinquency, Divorce, Custodial Matters, Probate and Bankruptcy.  
Beverley began her career in the Public Defender’s office, then spent a number of years as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing the rights of children.  Beverley adds her user-friendly approach to law along with her litigation and mediation skills to the firm to assist our clients by either resolving issues if possible or litigating in court when necessary.
